Debating & Public Speaking
Cromer Campus competes in the Year 9 and 10 Premier's Debating Challenge.
Involvement in competition challenges students to develop skills in argument and persuasion. After an hour's preparation, teams are required to present an affirmative or negative argument on a significant contemporary issue that may involve arguing for or against the Internet, multiculturalism or the power of the media.

The students benefit from the opportunity of interacting with students from other schools and developing skills in public speaking and cooperation.
